Was having a recent conversation with long
time elite member Patrick Murphy about why
it’s so difficult for most guys to change..

that’s right

Not just talking about anyone here my friend


See, often times people ask me, Logan..

Why do you focus on helping guys so much..?

What about the ladies?


Women are being helped from every which way


I get it

Hell, if you take a look at pretty much every
program out there I can guarantee you it will
most likely be tailored for women


– MOST men eventually don’t care how they
look or how they feel

– MOST men think they know it all and don’t
want to invest in their health..

– MOST MEN are stubborn…

-Most men don’t care if they have big guts,
feel like they have no energy and they just
give up on being STRONG or actually appealing
to their loved ones anymore.

– Studies everywhere have shown that the men of
today have significantly lower Testosterone
levels than the men of centuries ago who were
older as well (might explain the lack of
performance when it comes to those bedroom
olympics..ehh )

I get it, but it blows me away

Guys willing to do anything for those they
care for the most

Yet feel it’s useless to take care of their
own bodies or overall health

While their better half continues to invest
in her health, do her best to stay in shape
and look her best

The guy on the other hand

continues to pack on the poundages, lacks the
energy to keep up with everyone like he once
did before, and begins to face serious
consequences such as

-Potentially fatal health problems (that are
foreshadowed by that of previous family

-Being laughed at by others because he’s
suppose to be the role mode and set a good



Having all of his relationships crumble right
before his very eyes..

It’s a sad reality

Singing to the tune of..

“I just can’t change my body”

“If only I had the time”

“I’m just too busy”

“It might work for everyone else but not me”

“I’m scared of what people will think”

“I just can’t afford it ” (most can’t afford not to)

I hear it all the time from people I like to
refer to as “Reasoners”

All the reasons as to why they

can’t achieve what it is they’re after

See, like your career…

Your Relationships

Your Energy to Keep Up With those around you

Your BODY does not lie.


You notice it, everyone else notices it.

Your body, like your success in everything
else comes down to your current REALITY…


Is why people choose to hide it

cover it up

with jokes

with sedation

with anger

when deep down…

they’ve truly had enough

do they want to change….No

It’s easier to stay exactly as they are




This may sound harsh

But bottom line… it’s the truth

I’m all about optimism and think effort has
it’s merits but..

“What could be better, is as good as broken”

The truth might hurt, but it will damn sure
set you free

I like YOU…

have gone through the same things

*Making Excuses


*Blaming others for things that have happened

Problem is..the only person that can make the
difference in our lives is US…

I feel your pain

I’m putting in the work everyday to better
myself across all areas of life

Because getting what you want

“Is not about what you have to do…It’s
about who you have to become”
