So, I decided to take a trip down memory lane and take another gander
at the flick “Night Crawler” featuring The Infamous Jake Gyllenhaal.
Maybe you’ve seen it, maybe you haven’t- if you haven’t you should because it’s damn awesome my friend.
Let me break down why…
I’m going to drop some lessons on ya (spoiler alert.)
Recap of the flick:
It’s seriously creepy…
A sociopath, Gyllenhaal,
Goes around capturing rare crime footage around the city of Los Angeles- Paparazzo at it’s finest.
He hires an intern to arrive to each scene as quickly as possible, to beat the competition.
There’s only one problem,
His intern isn’t much of a brave soul.
He’s entering into some hardcore stuff here.
I’m not talking petty crime or theft here my man,
Brutal and bloody is where this tale goes.
It’s nuts, watch it.
In the meantime, here’s a vital lesson I pulled out for you.
Gyllenhall can sense that his intern is always a bit skeptical of things.
In one scene, he leans into his intern and asks,
“Do you have any idea what the meaning of FEAR actually is?”
False
Evidence
Appearing
Real
YES! I love it- Fear is the natural response to danger, but it can also be self imposed.
Fear of:
Failure
Unacceptance
Losing Control
Being Lonely
It comes down to the story you tell yourself, your imagination.
Picture your life, as it is right now. Maybe you’re:
Unconfident?
Unhappy?
Embarrassed?
Overweight?

Do you have:
Low energy levels?
A Negative Mindset?
Low Sex Drive?
Now imagine you let your fears go, and grab life by the balls. Where are you now?
Wildly Confident- your spouse, family, friends, colleagues, everyone will notice a complete 180 change in you.
More powerful, strong and defined body
Maximized Energy Levels
Improved Relationships
An Invincible Mindset
Making More Money- really! The better you feel about yourself, the more likely you will be able to produce at your highest level.
In order to have these things, you must shift your way of thinking.
Which brings me here:
FEAR
&
INTUTION
Fear is based on evidence that you perceive as your reality. The stories you create and believe are true.
For example:
“I failed before, this time won’t be any different.”
^ maybe you have failed at something before, but it’s fear that prevents you from trying again.
On the other hand…
There’s Intuition.
This comes directly from the heart (no, I’m not getting all sappy on you- stay with me my man.)
This meaning, when you know deep down something needs to finally change in your life, you actually feel it within you.
It’s not based on false evidence that you concoct up in that head of yours, it’s a feeling.
A feeling that, maybe there’s more to life than the day-to-day grind.
Where, in your life, are you operating from a place of fear?
Trying to live your life based on false evidence?
If you choose to accept, your Mission is this…
Write down one thing you know needs to change within your life…
Let it come from a place of intuition, and don’t put limits on what you’re actually capable of achieving.
Think on that.
