Now with that said you might be thinking to yourself.... 'Okay, what does this guy in his young thirties know about you?' Well almost a decade ago when I started LostFit I just was gravitated towards the guys who were in their late 30’s, 40’s, even early 50's. Busy, successful, middle-aged men, who had busy careers and family lives and I could never put my finger on it, I just seemed to click with them…. I just seemed to resonate with them.

My clients liked working with me yet I was this young kid, and it was like we shouldn’t really connect, and what I realized was growing up I was told often that, "you’re an old soul". I’ve had a coach that helped me with my business and even he said: "wow, how old are you?" and he was like: "God, it’s like your my age.." and he's 45 with 3 children, 3 busy businesses and he said the same thing as well, you’re an old soul… and I just seemed to be able to resonate with guys that are older than me and understand their predicament.

I come from a family where my mom and dad split up. So I had 2 fathers growing up, so I knew what it was like to see two dads busy, trying to manage a family and my stepfather was waiting for me to become an adult, so that he could have more intellectual conversations with me, so I pretty much leap frogged from 20's into my 30's. And because of this I just kind of gravitated towards the older fraternity as it were. So through circumstance I guess those are the only people I’ve really helped over the last decade. I’ve always felt an infinity to be pulled towards helping these guys And when I looked at how these guys would try to go about solving the problem of being lethargic stressed, and out of shape, and just basically tired of looking and feeling like crap all the time I would see the same patterns:
