Every morning you wake up, you have a choice
And, that choice will determine the rest of

Whether it be checking emails, scrolling
social media or just hopping in the car
before the work day begins to go grab a quick
breakfast burrito and a cheap coffee…
Most busy men I come across are
simply waking up every morning reacting to
things instead of focusing on themselves
Never realizing what it’s truly costing them.
Aside from packing on a few pounds and
feeling stressed out all the time…
It can really put a damper on your production
at work which can cause you to lose out on money or miss
out on an important opportunity.
Well…I’ll have you consider that if you
start every day by focusing on you first, then
you will have the ability to create time and
stand calm in the midst of all the chaos.
Because, when you start your day off by
reacting to things, you are no longer in
You are left at the mercy of what others have
planned for you.
And, usually, what they have planned for you,
isn’t much…and will certainly not take you
in the direction, you’re looking to go.
But, all is not lost, my man.
There’s a method behind fixing this morning madness that will allow you to drop those unwanted pounds and conquer the day ahead.
It’s called habit stacking and will give you
the ability to start your day with POWER.
1.) Start with YOU
This can be easier said than done.
But your mission here is to stop being reactive to things.
Checking email, scrolling through social media, etc…
All of this kind of activity straight away leaves you powerless.
To access true power every day, consider making the first hour
of every day just for you.
Does that mean waking up earlier…it might.
But I can tell you right now, you won’t be able to show up
at your best, unless you take some non-negotiable you time.
Could be working out (which I’ll explain below), studying any kind
of reading material that can better you and those around you, or
just simply sitting in silence for 10 minutes focusing on breathing (seriously)
Starting with you first allows you to protect your own personal confidence so no matter what kind of hell you may or may not go through that day, you’ll have the edge over everyone else.
2.) For your Body it’s simple…
Start off the day with just a quick walk or
fast past workout to get your energy levels
After you’re done with that have a glass of water, a greens drink, and some fish oil.
Keep it simple for now.
Even if you’re not looking to lose a ton of

give you the energy and focus you need to
take on the day.
In too much pain to workout right away?
No worries, start your day with 5 minutes of a solid “flow” workout.
In other words, it’s called mobility and will allow you to free up any
pain or tightness you might have in certain areas of your body.

3.) Take Hold of Your Mindset
The moment we get out of bed our minds are
usually filled with chaos.
Doing some form of meditation will help this.
Now, before you check out on me, hear me out.
I’m not talking hippie stuff here, this is

All you need is 5 to 10 minutes of sitting in
silence to calm your thoughts.
