I’ve said this..
I’ve felt this

It’s what everyone I speak with tells me as
to why they can’t change..
I just lack motivation is the most common
thing I hear in every strategy session I
have..
Same goes for this one as well..
‘I already know what to do I just always find
reasons not to..’
But I’d have you consider that you don’t need
more motivation my friend
See, the only reason you think you need
motivation is because you don’t have a clear
enough goal of what you want, why you want it
And an actual PROVEN plan to get there
let me explain
Do you honestly have No motivation at all in
your life?
or
Are there certain areas where you are really
motivated?
Because my friend.. and this is only my
humble yet accurate opinion
But I honestly think we convince ourselves we
aren’t motivated when really we are..
Think of all the things you have done so far
in your life?
Got the career you desperately wanted..
Created great relationships..
Maybe started a family..
Started your own Biz..
Lost weight..
Whatever your biggest accomplishments maybe..
I’m guessing that took just a tad bit of
motivation..right?
And right about now the fact that you harp on
not being motivated
Well those other things that you accomplished
so far came down to the fact that you knew
EXACTLY what is you wanted
and had the RIGHT plan of action to get there
So instead of motivation
You should step back and ask yourself
How do I actually get to where it is I want
to go?
because right now it’s like you’re stuck on a
runway
asking yourself when the hell do we take off?
Though enjoying the journey does have its
merits
Let me be real with you here
It’s the DESTINATION that really matters
The RESULTS
The fact that you are annoyed you can’t seem
to get going
Surely that shows you are a little bit
motivated?
You see my friend
In the words of one of the greatest coaches I have the honor of
knowing
“When you get what you don’t want.. Doesn’t
it make you realize what you really do want?”
So next time you utter the infamous words
‘I’m just not motivated’
‘I’d rather just not exercise
or
my favorite of all
I’d rather remain ‘fat and happy’ <—that’s a lie and you know it I recommend you do the following tricks I’ve passed on to the LostFit Elite Family 1 —> You must write it down

Seriously, imagine you doing the thing you
want

The next step should be SMALL not big
(go big or go home is a lame mantra and will
most likely cause you to burnout quickly)
—->My personal favorite is to start your
day with POWER
-Get moving (even if it’s a 15 minute walk)
-Take down a greens drink every morning

– Take in at least a 3 liters of water a day

time elite member Patrick Murphy about why
it’s so difficult for most guys to change..
that’s right
Not just talking about anyone here my friend
Guys…
See, often times people ask me, Logan..
Why do you focus on helping guys so much..?
What about the ladies?
Simple
Women are being helped from every which way
and
I get it
Hell, if you take a look at pretty much every
program out there I can guarantee you it will
most likely be tailored for women
Why?
– MOST men eventually don’t care how they
look or how they feel
– MOST men think they know it all and don’t
want to invest in their health..
– MOST MEN are stubborn…
-Most men don’t care if they have big guts,
feel like they have no energy and they just
give up on being STRONG or actually appealing
to their loved ones anymore.
– Studies everywhere have shown that the men of
today have significantly lower Testosterone
levels than the men of centuries ago who were
older as well (might explain the lack of
performance when it comes to those bedroom
olympics..ehh )
I get it, but it blows me away
Guys willing to do anything for those they
care for the most
Yet feel it’s useless to take care of their
own bodies or overall health
While their better half continues to invest
in her health, do her best to stay in shape
and look her best
The guy on the other hand
continues to pack on the poundages, lacks the
energy to keep up with everyone like he once
did before, and begins to face serious
consequences such as
-Potentially fatal health problems (that are
foreshadowed by that of previous family
members)
-Being laughed at by others because he’s
suppose to be the role mode and set a good
example
or
Worse…
Having all of his relationships crumble right
before his very eyes..
It’s a sad reality
Singing to the tune of..
“I just can’t change my body”
“If only I had the time”
“I’m just too busy”
“It might work for everyone else but not me”
“I’m scared of what people will think”
“I just can’t afford it ” (most can’t afford not to)
I hear it all the time from people I like to
refer to as “Reasoners”
All the reasons as to why they
can’t achieve what it is they’re after

I am not one to dwell on the past..
but for today I’ll make an exception
It’s only been five days into the new year,
but I’d like to shine a little spotlight on just
a few of the Elite Men inside LostFit
Starting with this message from sir Patrick

Becoming truly UNSTOPPABLE showing up for his

Craig Foster who seriously put in
the work and reaped some serious results
-starting his transformation journey he was at
270 pounds and 24% body fat.
As of now he’s sittin pretty at around 240
pounds and a staggering 11.4% body fat.
All in all
He’s dropped 30 pounds in weight and a
staggering 12.6% loss in overall body fat
On top of all that, he’s got a new house,
about to get married and turned into one hell
of a Super DAD

What a feeling
Crazy how much difference a year can make eh

In other words it’s about..
Seizing the day.
Carpe Diem..
Showing how many people originally set goals
in their lives, but get distracted from
irrelevant FEARS
and
end up in a continuous cycle of mediocrity
Allow me to explain myself my friend
Your BODY
Your CAREER
Your RELATIONSHIPS
All come down to the consistent choices made
in your everyday life
If you are to concerned on
Self sabotage
Whining
Making Excuses
Procrastinating on anything in your life…
Than you must get clear
Take ACTION
and do something to turn things around
If you are not happy with the current state
of your body, start a new exercise program
If you feel down, make an effort to do
something you love at least ten minutes a day
If you feel stressed, kick back and have some
YOU time (all in good taste of course)
If you don’t enjoy healthy foods, start by
taking small steps and keeping balance within
your diet (you’d be surprised on what you can
get away with, while still getting lean)
The bottom line is this..
The things that we RESIST the most out of the
life are the exact things that will PROVIDE
the most

Picture this..
Guy gets seriously overweight and packs on
more then just a few extra pounds..
On top of that..
He feels
Lethargic
Stressed
Embarrassed

Let me share something with you that will
give you the ability to show up in ALL areas
of your life at MAXIMUM capacity
Creating more POWER
Let me break things down for you my man
It doesn’t matter how hard you work or how
relentless you might be..
There are a couple of key flaws that could be
stopping your progress my good man..
*You’re not following a periodized plan
If you don’t have a plan you will simply not
make progress.
Whether you want to “tone” up, lean out or
just get in overall better shape
Going through the motions will simply not get
you there. Something all the Modern Man
members are
fully aware of…
*You’re Not Challenging Yourself Enough
I don’t care if you have 20 minutes or 60
minutes to put towards exercise each day..
If you don’t challenge yourself by using
implementing some kind of strength training ,
varying your rep schemes, or
taking shorter rest periods..
Your fat will be in for the long haul and
won’t go anywhere
*Your Testosterone Levels aren’t Optimal
To purge that extra (unwanted) fat from your
body, high testosterone is important to keep
in check
For most clients I recommend at least twice
a week having a diet that is rich in fats
Especially the saturated ones..
Yes, saturated fats
As long as high quality fats aren’t mixed
with a high carbohydrate diet
(low carb on these days)
Than testosterone production will be
flourishing and so
will accelerated weight loss
fish oil high in epa and dha is a must as
v
—->3-5 grams per day
^^Not only will all of the above purge fat
loss, make you leaner, it will also help keep
things exciting in in the bedroom:)
* Your Sleep Cycle Sucks
I get it, Sleep..
No body has time for that..
You must get back on track though
6 hours minimum
7 is right on point

If this is the case..
Try supplementing with powdered magnesium
1 to 2 tsp and you will be relaxation mode
Trust me, your body will thank you for it
*You’re addicted to Cardio
People think
to tone up, get lean, and lose those unwanted pounds that they should just
Ramp up my cardio..
Wrong..
Try instead to hit Weights 2-3x a week (or this video below will hands down trump any kind of cardio you’ve done before )
Another option for you if you have a dire need to run for some reason
Then stick to
Sprinting
These could be the very things holding you
back from change..
With a little tweak and some consistency,
Change is bound to occur
