The goal of this website is to share the experiences that helped me reach my success. Therefore, Lostfit LLC (also known as Lostfit) is released from any obligation concerning your training and your nutrition habits.

The nutrition that I recommend in the video blogs is based on my own experiences; I have no specific qualifications in dietary nutrition.

If you are a member on my site and follow the training and nutrition that I recommend; you certify your acceptance and acknowledgement of these terms.

If you accept any separate workout plan provided by me through the shop: you accept the terms of agreement that I am not responsible for anything that may occur while these workouts are in use.

WHEN TO CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN

You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headed or dizziness feelings, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.

Please be advised, receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. Note that in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately however no additional shipping fees will be applied.

Returns

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We don’t accept the return of a digital/downloadable file, or memberships bought/downloaded on www.lostfit.com (Lostfit LLC)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All kinds of digital files bought on this site can’t be refunded due to its properties.

A membership to my site isn’t refundable due to its properties. By taking a membership on lostfit.com, you agree to the automatic (recurring payment) method and you are responsible for canceling this payment through the members’ section, PayPal or by advising us at cancel@lostfit.com

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

PDF’s

All PDF Purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

We suggest you use tracking for a shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
