How to get results fast (regardless of what you’ve tried before)

Let me tell you a story.

A long long time ago

In a far off land filled with robes
and bald heads..

There were 2 wise men and 1 woman
who crossed paths

Here layeth their tale:

“A senior monk and a junior monk were
traveling together.

At one point, they came to a river with a
strong current. As the monks were preparing
to cross the river, they saw a very young and
beautiful woman also attempting to cross.

The young woman asked if they could help her
cross to the other side. The two monks
glanced at one another because they had taken
vows not to touch a woman.

Then, without a word, the older monk picked
up the woman, carried her across the river,
placed her gently on the other side, and
carried on his journey.

The younger monk couldn’t believe what had
just happened. After rejoining his companion,
he was speechless, and an hour passed without
a word between them.

Two more hours passed, then three, finally
the younger monk could contain himself any
longer, and blurted out “As monks, we are not
permitted a woman, how could you then carry
that woman on your shoulders?”

The older monk looked at him and replied,
“Brother, I set her down on the other side of
the river, why are you still carrying her?”

Far too often we tend to hold on to reasons
why we can’t change

I’ve been guilty of this as well

“I just can’t do this because of…’ (fill in
100 diff excuses)

Truth be told

That’s a lie

We tend to hold onto past stories in our minds

Placing blame on everything else, especially
our past

The key to moving forward in any area of life

**Your Body
(finally getting the results you wish to see)

**Your Relationships
(being able to show up for your spouse, partner, or loved ones full of energy)

**Your Career
(better you feel, the better you produce and the better you produce, the more money you make to provide for those you care for)

Is to actually have shift within your belief
system

because if you don’t let go

I don’t care how hard you try

How perfect the ‘plan’ is

You must first

Ditch the past

Let me ask you this:

Is your current belief system helping you

or

holding you hostage?

Take a second and for today think back to all
the things you’ve wanted to accomplish

Especially getting the results within in your
body

I challenge you to remain present in the NOW

and let go of those same ole BS stories that
keep lingering in the back of your head

Which are only meant to cripple you from
actually moving forward
